Implementation Guidelines
ODA staff and content owners should be able to maintain detailed records of the response to each Report Course or Web Site Disability-Related Issue form that is submitted, including:
- All actions taken
- Current status
- All communications with the reporter, content owner, and stakeholders
- Results of testing
