Notify ODA of Liaison and Coordinator Changes

Responsibility

  • Academic Digital Accessibility Liaisons (ADAL)
  • Web and Email Digital Accessibility Coordinators (WEDAC)

Implementation Guidelines

The ODA needs to be notified within a few weeks of when an ADAL or WEDAC is appointed or replaced. 

The ODA will determine who is responsible, such as the unit's Marketing and Communications Lead or Human Resources staff, and regularly communicate with them.

Metric

Responsible parties are prompted annually to submit updates
