Implementation Guidelines
The ODA should:
- Have access to view scan results of all course sites in UDoIT and all websites in Pope Tech
- Develop a schedule to review scan and DAM/remediation reports annually
- Implement processes for contacting and assisting unit liaisons and content owners who are not making progress
Metric
Scan and DAM/remediation reports for each unit, course site, and website are reviewed and owners who are not making progress are contacted
