Update the Content Review Process

Implementation Guidelines

The current review process is informal:

  1. The site owner/chair of Accessible U committee works with volunteers from the committee to draft new or updated content.
  2. All members of the Accessible U Committee review the content on their own and at a committee meeting.
  3. Sometimes the site owner/chair creates a Google form to gather input from committee members.
  4. The site owner/chair asks questions about the content at the meeting to ensure the content reflects the consensus opinion of the committee.

The process should be updated to ensure that site content reflects the recommendations of the ODA and all major stakeholders.

Consider using a simple workflow in Drupal or a planning tool such as Targetprocess.

The process is drafted, revised based on stakeholder feedback, and published on Accessible U
