2.1: Establish Liaison and Coordinator Programs

The ODA will work with two types of lead representatives from each collegiate unit to coordinate accessibility work and share resources with digital content creators, based on the type of content: academic digital content or web and email content. Learn more at Get Unit and Departmental Support.

2.3: Implement Unit Remediation Processes

The ODA will coordinate implementation of the unit remediation processes for course, digital, and website content with the IT accessibility liaisons, faculty and instructional staff, and website owners.
